Swarm Aero Opens 80,000 Square Foot Advanced Manufacturing Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas

Fayetteville, AR – February 2026 — Swarm Aero, a developer of large uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) swarms, has officially opened its new Advanced Manufacturing Center in an 80,000-square-foot facility at Drake Field in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The ribbon-cutting ceremony highlighted the company’s push to scale production of its innovative UAV platforms.
The facility will accelerate the development and deployment of Swarm Aero’s large UAV systems, enabling production of thousands of units. Operations in Arkansas are projected to create hundreds of high-skill aerospace jobs over the next decade, including roles for engineers and technicians.
Swarm Aero’s large UAVs, combined with its swarm command and control software, are positioned as a cost-effective and highly capable solution for modern defense needs.
“Large UAVs are the future of armed conflict. When paired with our swarm command and control software, they can achieve major combat objectives by cooperating with superhuman dexterity while being several times cheaper than traditional aircraft,” said Danny Goodman, CEO and Co-Founder of Swarm Aero.
The move to Arkansas reflects the company’s strategy to establish a strong manufacturing footprint after evaluating multiple states, supporting both defense applications and broader UAV deployment.
