ProVia Announces Two New Window and Patio Door Plants in Dover, Ohio and Mocksville, North Carolina

ProVia announced on August 27 two new facilities to support growth in its vinyl window and patio door business, adding 890,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 800 jobs in Ohio and North Carolina.
Dover, Ohio
ProVia reached an agreement with Schaeffler to purchase a 310,000-square-foot facility under construction on a 97-acre property in Dover. ProVia will complete construction to its specifications, with completion expected in 2027. The City of Dover says the $110 million project will create 400 jobs and $27 million in new annual payroll. The Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a tax credit for the project on August 24.
Mocksville, North Carolina
In Davie County, ProVia will invest $120 million in a new 580,000-square-foot window manufacturing facility on a 79-acre, build-ready site in Mocksville to serve the southeastern United States. Construction will begin immediately, with completion expected in 2028. The plant will create 400 jobs with an average annual salary of $66,326 and is supported by a Job Development Investment Grant of up to $3,280,500.
10 production facilities
Once both projects are complete, the family-owned company will operate 10 production facilities in Ohio, Mississippi and North Carolina.
