Dometic Expands Sparta, Tennessee Plant With 90+ New Jobs

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee and Dometic officials announced in August 2026 that the company will expand its manufacturing operations in White County, Tennessee.

Relocating steering and helm production

Dometic will create more than 90 new positions as part of the expansion of its existing manufacturing facility in Sparta. The project includes the relocation of steering and helm manufacturing operations from Pennsylvania to Tennessee.

The Sparta facility manufactures marine products for Dometic’s global Marine business. After the expansion, Dometic will employ more than 300 people across Tennessee.

Eric Fetchko, Marine Segment President, Dometic said:

“Expanding our Sparta operations allows us to bring additional capabilities together in one location, strengthen our manufacturing footprint and better support our customers as we continue to grow.”
