Chobani Builds $1.2 Billion Yogurt Factory in Rome, New York

Chobani announced in April 2025 a $1.2 billion investment for a new 1.4-million-square-foot yogurt plant in Rome, New York, creating over 1,000 jobs. Motivated by demand for domestic products amid tariffs, the facility will process 12 million pounds of milk daily and produce over 1 billion pounds of dairy annually.
