Bauducco Foods' $200M Facility in Florida

Bauducco Foods, a leading global baked goods manufacturer, has broken ground on a $200 million, 403,000-square-foot production and distribution facility at the Zephyrhills Airport Industrial Park in Pasco County, Florida. The 72-acre project, supported by over $12 million in local incentives, will create approximately 600 new jobs in the Tampa Bay area, with 120 full-time positions opening in the first phase by mid-2026.

The facility will produce Bauducco’s signature products, including biscuits, wafers, and Panettones, for distribution across the U.S. “After analyzing over 160 sites across seven states, Zephyrhills stood out as the ideal location due to its business-friendly environment and strong support from state, county, and city teams,” said Stefano Mozzi, CEO of Bauducco USA.

The project will unfold in three phases, with completion expected by 2030. Zephyrhills Mayor Melonie Bahr Monson emphasized the economic impact, stating, “This investment brings high-wage jobs and reinforces our city’s reputation as a prime business destination.” Pasco County Commissioner Ron Oakley added, “Bauducco’s commitment marks a new chapter for our community’s growth.” The facility will leverage advanced production technologies to expand product offerings and meet growing U.S. demand.
