Ophthalmic medical technology company Glaukos has officially broken ground on an $80 million, 200,000-square-foot integrated research, development, and manufacturing complex in Huntsville, Alabama. The cutting-edge facility will consolidate advanced R&D laboratories, high-volume production capabilities, and efficient warehousing operations within a single campus. Once operational, the site is anticipated to create approximately 150 specialized jobs, boosting the local economy and technical workforce.
