Kraft Heinz Unveils $3 Billion U.S. Manufacturing Investment Plan

Chicago/Pittsburgh, November, 2025 – Kraft Heinz Co. confirmed a previously announced $3 billion investment program to expand and modernize its American factories through 2028, with major spending accelerating in 2026.
The “Made in America” initiative includes new production lines for Oscar Mayer, Lunchables, and Heinz ketchup at plants in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. The company said the move is designed to reduce reliance on imported ingredients and finished goods ahead of expected higher tariffs on food products from Mexico, Canada, and Asia.
Approximately 1,200 new permanent jobs and thousands of construction positions are expected to be created.
