Entegris Opens State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs, CO – December 4, 2025 – Entegris, a global leader in advanced materials science, today celebrated the grand opening of its new 135,000-square-foot Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The cutting-edge facility significantly expands production capacity for the company’s critical filtration and purification products as well as semiconductor wafer carriers. The project received up to $100 million in incentives from federal, state, and local government programs aimed at strengthening domestic semiconductor supply chains.

The Colorado Springs center is expected to create hundreds of high-skilled jobs and further solidify the region’s growing reputation as a hub for advanced manufacturing and technology.
