Cancoil USA to Build $28 Million Heat Transfer Plant in Texas

Jacksonville, TX – Cancoil USA, a subsidiary of Canadian-based Cancoil Thermal Corporation, will invest more than $28 million to build a new U.S. manufacturing and distribution center in Jacksonville, Texas.

The 150,000-square-foot facility will produce commercial and industrial heat transfer coils and is projected to create 120 new jobs in Cherokee County over the next five years.

“Our decision to invest in Jacksonville reflects our confidence in the region’s skilled workforce and its strong business climate,” said company spokeswoman Monika Datta. “We look forward to building lasting relationships with the community and contributing to its economic vitality.”

Site preparation is already underway, with the plant expected to begin operations in late 2026.
