FormFactor to Invest $140M in Texas Facility

Farmers Branch, TX – FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM), a leading global supplier of advanced semiconductor test and measurement technologies, announced today it will invest more than $140 million to construct a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Farmers Branch, Texas.

The new site will produce advanced probe cards essential for testing logic and memory chips that power artificial intelligence systems, data centers, and high-performance computing.

Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with initial production slated for late 2027. The project is projected to create hundreds of high-tech jobs in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
