Polyzent Builds Stretch Film Facility in Virginia

Lynchburg, VA  Polyzent Trading LLC has announced a $1.1 million investment to establish its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. The new plant will produce polyethylene stretch film, creating 20 jobs and enabling faster service to East Coast customers.

Founder Dhaivat Patel emphasized the strategic advantages: “Local extrusion means shorter lead times, consistent quality, and reduced dependence on foreign stretch-film imports. As we expand our capabilities into specialty films and sustainable packaging solutions, we invite Virginia manufacturers and national supply-chain partners to support American-made film and help build a stronger industrial future.”

The facility is expected to begin operations soon, supporting the region’s logistics and packaging industries.
