James City County, VA  Irish generator manufacturer CEL Critical Power has invested $5.225 million to open its first U.S. manufacturing facility in James City County, Virginia. The new plant will produce generator enclosures and power systems, initially creating 250 jobs with plans to reach 500 by 2030.
