Lithium Battery Company Launches New Automated Facility in South Tampa

Tampa, Florida – Lithium Battery Company, a renewable energy firm focused on advanced battery solutions, is expanding with a new 65,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 5201 S. Westshore Blvd. in South Tampa. The site features fully automated production lines for cylindrical and prismatic lithium battery packs, serving applications from small electronics to large-scale commercial energy storage systems.

The expansion is projected to create 50 new high-tech jobs over the next three years, with the facility expected to become fully operational in the first quarter of 2025. It positions Tampa as a hub for urban renewable energy innovation and supports domestic battery manufacturing.
