Grillo's Pickles $54M Indiana Hub

Grillo’s Pickles has announced plans to establish a $54 million, 155,000-square-foot food manufacturing facility in Taylorsville, Indiana, near Columbus in Bartholomew County. The new operation, strategically located adjacent to a planned $175 million King’s Hawaiian bakery, is expected to create up to 150 jobs, tapping into the region’s skilled workforce. The facility will enhance Grillo’s capacity to produce its popular pickle products for a national market. Adam Kaufman, President & CEO of Grillo’s Pickles, highlighted the location’s advantages, stating, “Bartholomew County offers a central U.S. hub with a supportive business environment and talented workforce, making it the ideal choice for our new production site as we scale to meet growing consumer demand.”
