Hyundai Translead Expands Into Illinois with Two New Plants

Hyundai Translead will establish two advanced trailer manufacturing facilities in Will County, Illinois, in a major U.S. expansion effort. Announced March 16, the project is expected to create approximately 2,500 full-time jobs and significantly increase annual production capacity. The company said the facilities will support growing demand in the transportation and logistics sectors while enhancing manufacturing efficiency. CEO Sean Kenney credited the company’s growth to steady progress and continued investment in production capabilities.
