Kewpie Bolsters U.S. Operations with New Tennessee Condiment Plant

Kewpie Corporation has officially commenced production of condiments at its state-of-the-art facility in Lakeway, Tennessee, marking the second U.S. production base for its subsidiary, Q&B Foods, Inc. The plant is designed to produce a wide range of mayonnaise and salad dressings for both household consumers and commercial clients, with a focus on serving the Midwest and East Coast markets. This strategic expansion enhances Kewpie’s ability to meet growing demand across the Americas. Mitsuru Takamiya, President and CEO of Kewpie Corporation, underscored the plant’s significance, stating, “Our vision is for this Tennessee facility to serve as the cornerstone of our manufacturing operations, not only for the United States but for all of North and South America, ensuring high-quality products reach our customers efficiently.”
