MAT Industries Adds New Production Line and 85 Jobs in Jackson, Tennessee

Air compressor and pneumatic tool manufacturer MAT Industries plans to further expand its operations in Jackson, Tennessee. The project will add a new production line at the company’s existing facility and create 85 new jobs in Madison County.

Second expansion in two years

The new investment builds on MAT Industries’ 2025 expansion in Jackson. MAT Industries, a division of MAT Holdings, Inc., manufactures air compressors, pneumatic tools and related equipment for consumer, commercial and industrial markets. The company says the expansion reflects growing demand for its products.

State and local support

The project was supported by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD), TVA, Jackson Energy Authority, the Greater Jackson Chamber, the City of Jackson and Madison County.
