Mercury Systems Expands Phoenix Production Facility with 50,000 Square Feet of Manufacturing Space

Mercury Systems, a global leader in aerospace and defense electronics, celebrated on October 8 the expansion of its Phoenix, Arizona production facility, adding 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
Highly automated new building
The company built out a new, highly automated manufacturing facility on its existing Phoenix campus. Operations in the new building began in the third quarter, and the expansion is expected to create more than 50 jobs in the next year.
Mercury’s largest manufacturing center
The Phoenix campus already employs more than 400 people and makes printed circuit board assemblies, memory solutions, high-performance space drives and advanced packaging technologies for extreme environments.
Meeting defense demand
Tod Brindlinger, Mercury’s Senior Vice President of Operations said:
“We are excited to expand our presence in Phoenix and bring more capacity online to meet customer demand for high-performance processing capabilities that ensure mission dominance for the warfighter at the edge.”
