Metal Works of High Point Adds 60,000 Sq Ft Automated Facility in North Carolina

Contract metal fabricator Metal Works of High Point has announced an expansion of its manufacturing operations with an approximately 60,000-square-foot facility on Prospect Street in High Point, North Carolina.

Automation and robotics

The expansion brings the company’s total manufacturing footprint to more than 150,000 square feet. It adds production capacity through investments in advanced laser cutting, automated material handling, robotic bending, robotic welding, material staging and shipping infrastructure. The project is expected to create about 10 to 15 positions as production ramps up.
