Re:Build Manufacturing Expands in Rock Hill, South Carolina with $20 Million Investment

Re:Build Manufacturing announced in October 2026 an approximately $20 million expansion of its operations in York County, South Carolina. The company will add a 130,000-square-foot facility at 2021 Williams Industrial Boulevard in Rock Hill.
150 new jobs
The expansion is expected to create 150 new jobs by 2028, with operations at the new facility beginning in November 2026. The Coordinating Council for Economic Development awarded a $100,000 grant to York County to support the project.
Scaling aerospace and defense production
The project adds advanced manufacturing capabilities serving key American industries, including aerospace and defense, and is designed to help customers move complex programs from development into full-rate production.
Miles Arnone, Co-founder and CEO of Re:Build said:
“Our customers are scaling faster than ever, and we are scaling with them. By investing in these capabilities, we’re giving our customers the capacity, speed, and consistency they need to move complex programs from development into full-rate production at unmatched scale.”
South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster said:
“We are proud to support the company’s ongoing success and look forward to the impact these 150 new jobs will have in York County.”
