Project Type: Expanding existing US production
ResinTech Announces $30 Million Expansion of Camden, New Jersey Campus, Creating 100 Jobs

ResinTech Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of ion exchange resins, announced on October 29, 2026 a $30 million expansion of its headquarters campus in Camden, New Jersey.
A new 34,500 sq ft facility
The project will add a 34,500-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility to the company’s 27-acre campus. It will retain 259 existing jobs, create 100 new permanent full-time positions and support approximately 113 construction jobs. Construction is expected to begin in November 2026 and conclude in early 2028.
Financing through New Markets Tax Credits
The expansion is supported by New Markets Tax Credit financing involving the New Jersey Community Capital (NJCC). ResinTech moved from West Berlin to Camden with NJCC support and opened its 170,000-square-foot Camden plant in 2020, the first U.S. plant built in more than 30 years to produce ion exchange resins. It added 25,000 square feet of warehouse space in 2024.
Jeff Gottlieb, CEO of ResinTech said:
“The NMTC program allows us to make a significant long-term investment in Camden while creating quality manufacturing jobs in the community.”
Bernel Hall, President and CEO of NJCC said:
“A company that hires fairly and puts down roots in Camden is the kind of partner whose impact lasts. We are glad to support its next stage of growth.”
