Simpson Strong-Tie Builds $19M Facility in Fulton, Missouri

Simpson Strong-Tie has broken ground on a new facility in Fulton, Callaway County, Missouri. The more than $19 million project is expected to create 24 new jobs.

Equipment solutions under one roof

The facility at the former Monet DeSauw site will consolidate the company’s equipment solutions operations, including Monet DeSauw saws, EasyFrame automated marking systems and truss fabrication equipment. Completion is expected around fall 2027. The project is separate from Simpson Strong-Tie’s recently announced manufacturing investment in McKinney, Texas.

Nick Algya, Senior Vice President, Southeast Region at Simpson Strong-Tie said:

“By bringing our people and expertise together, we’ll be better positioned to respond to customers, collaborate across teams, and support the continued growth of the component manufacturing industry.”

Missouri Works support

Michelle Hataway, Director of the Missouri Department of Economic Development said:

“This nearly $20 million investment and 24 new jobs will create meaningful opportunities for Missourians while strengthening the Callaway County community.”
